The Company
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Software Developer to join our growing team. As part of your apprenticeship, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on cutting-edge projects using Unreal Engine. This is an exciting opportunity to build foundational skills in game development, interactive simulations, and 3D environments.

Requirements
* Assist in developing and maintaining interactive 3D environments and applications using Unreal Engine.
* Work on coding, debugging, and implementing core functionalities in C++ and Blueprints.
* Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate assets into the game engine.
* Contribute to testing and quality assurance processes to ensure stable software releases.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Unreal Engine and apply best practices in development.
* Learn and assist in optimizing performance for various platforms (PC, VR, mobile).
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project workflows.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
* Passion for gaming, 3D environments, and interactive simulations.
* Basic knowledge or interest in programming languages like C++, Python, or other related technologies.
* Some experience or familiarity with Unreal Engine 4/5 is a plus but not required.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas effectively.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
* Understanding of 3D modeling, game design, or graphic tools is a bonus.
Educational Requirements:
* A level or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
