Are you looking for an opportunity to gain school experience whilst utilising your tutoring or mentoring skills?
i-teachers are currently working with a superb Secondary School located in the Stockport area who are eager to add a dedicated, knowledgeable and resilient Graduate GCSE Tutor to their teaching support department in a full-time role for the academic year.
In this role as a Graduate GCSE Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to perform tailored 1:1 & small group KS3 & KS4 academic support to students with SEN and SEMH.
Responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 & small group GCSE tuition to students with SEN and SEMH
* Creating tailored academic support around students' academic needs
* Working across GCSE subjects
* Located in Stockport
* Monday to Friday role based in one school
* Paid £450 – £475 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject or STEM degree
* Strong academic background
* Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching
* Naturally outgoing and resilient individual
* Passionate about the development of young people
* Good organisation and communication skills
