Background
The Stables is one of the UKs leading live music venues attracting diverse audiences for around 350 events each year. The venue offered a popular pre-show dining menu in the informal café bar setting of our second performance space Stage 2 from 2007 until the Covid-19 pandemic forced the closure of the food offer in 2020. With audiences back to pre-pandemic levels we are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to build a new team and dining offer to complement and support our activities.
Following a market assessment from an experienced catering consultancy we anticipate this offer to be based around a quality pizza offer in the venue that could develop into providing catering for festivals and other events.
