About the Role : The team is responsible for a broad range of service provision which includes residential provision, fostering services, ‘BRICS and Steps’ services (Bail, Remand and short-term emergency placements) and housing with support for young people. In line with Child Friendly Warwickshire principles, you will work with the team to ensure the voice of children and young people is central to our activity.?? Key Priorities for the successful candidate are likely to include: ? Service Mobilisation - Lead the mobilisation of new service providers following a procurement exercise for Supported Accommodation provision Use commissioning approaches and customer engagement to review current foster care and supported lodging provision, identify future requirements, drive performance and implement evidence-based improvement Engage with regional partners and participate in the West Midlands regional activity for supported accommodation and fostering frameworks. Market Engagement - Foster meaningful communication and updates with the market to build relationships, align priorities and address gaps. Issue Resolution - Collaborate with stakeholders to tackle challenges as they arise. We’re seeking someone with: ?
