Electrical Shopfitter - Durham
£39,000 earnings, plus company van and equipment
At phs Compliance we are excited to announce our business is growing, to support this we are looking for experienced Electricians and Electricians Mates to join our already successful team to carry out LED lighting refurbishments for a well-known food shopping retailer across the UK.

The role of Electrical Shopfitter will involve;
1. Carrying out LED lighting replacements both in hours & out of hours and in line with the project schedule
2. Ensuring all paperwork and certification are completed and submitted on time
3. Carry out pre surveys to determine accurate stock quantities on a site by site basis
4. Liaise with the Project Manager on a daily / weekly basis to give regular updates of scheduled jobs
5. Take in deliveries from multiple manufacturers, hire & Waste companies.
6. Having detailed knowledge of the contract, drawings and specifications for the project
7. Upon completion, to deliver the handover of all completed works to the site manager

The ideal candidate for an Electrical Projects Engineer at phs will have:
24. The flexibility to work 40 hours per week or more, including evening/ twilight shifts to support the projects requirements.
25. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
26. Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points
27. NVQ level 3 and City & Guilds 2360/2365 L3 Diploma/2330 qualification
28. City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing (Desirable)
29. City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification required
30. IPAF 3a & 3b
31. A good level of IT literacy.
32. Experience with Electrical installation/project work – Specifically commercial lighting replacements
33. An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
34. The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
