What you'll do
Join our marketing team as a Digital Consumer Data Manager and play a key role in shaping the digital ecosystem strategy for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP). In this role, you will ensure data integrity across the full digital ecosystem, acting as an enabler for our marketing activities and ensuring compliance with legal guidance. You’ll drive an omnichannel consumer experience, ensuring seamless data management and actionable insights. As the Data Steward, you will be responsible for adapting the global data model into local data model, continuously monitoring and optimising existing infrastructure and tools. You'll act as a key link between business needs and technical execution, translating requirements into impactful digital solutions whilst collaborating with local agencies and global teams. Beyond data management, you’ll bring business analytics to life, providing insightful digital performance dashboards and proposals to help steer strategic decisions.
The team
You will join our Digital team of 6 highly performing professionals, reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead Manager.
The skills you'll need
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is desirable
• A specialised master’s in Data Analysis is a plus
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn business requests into technical deliverables whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to create corporate presentations, draft impactful business correspondence
• Experience in data management, governance, consumer journey mapping and GDPR compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Jira, PowerBI, ServiceNow, and Confluence; basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous
How we'll reward you
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - 60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and a car allowance of £7,611 per annum.
