Our successful client is looking for talented sales individuals to expand their Sales Team and bring fresh ideas into their business. Ideally, the candidate will be someone with a lot of drive, energy, and motivation looking to progress their sales career further (e.g., from retail sales, recruitment, estate agencies, or skilled B2B sales executives).
This position is planned to be a hybrid on-site/remote one after the successful probation period for the on-target earners.
Additionally, this position will have a reasonable and achievable bonus scheme that could enable you to earn extra money on top of a good base salary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meeting with clients during sales visits
* Demonstrating and presenting high-quality equipment
* Establishing new businesses and lead generation
* Maintaining accurate records
* Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
* Reviewing sales performance
* Negotiating contracts and packages
Requirements:
* Some previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
* Willingness to learn and be patient
* Proficiency in English written and spoken
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Fast learner and passion for sales
* Willing to develop, evolve, and progress with the company
* Experience in B2B sales is a huge plus
* A preferred but not essential target-based sales history
