My client is looking to hire a customer support coordinator to join them for a 12 month contract start asap. This role will be sat in the london office working on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week) Role details Lots of escalations and reactive work, and customer service queries. Supporting the reactive quires, work closely with the Market managers, making sure everything is updated, done on time. There will be phone calls from time to time, easier to jump on the call. They will be measured on the number of cases they work and handle. It can be technical questions, and standard questions they will be asked to resolve, and also a lot of it can quality related, they will work on appeals too, and this person will do the internal steps on this. They will support the whole pool of market managers not just one 5-7 people. For the UK, they will support in the Netherlands and other areas too.
