We are looking for 2 x experienced production operatives who have operated high speed production machinery for a client that makes aerospace products.
This is a busy, fast paced role where you load, operate and unload multiple production machines used to make titanium projects.
There will be quality standards to achieve, production targets to hit and you will be using precision measuring instruments such as verniers / callipers etc.
It's a night shift working 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts) and training will be done on a day shift for up to 4 weeks.
To be considered: you MUST be local to Rugby, have a friendly, outgoing personality, experience in machine operating and ideally able to use precision instruments.
This role offers you:
£17.43 p/hour (£16.04 p/hour when training on days)
Average of 42 hours paid per week (average worked out annually)
Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
Massive overtime when permanent.
