A truly standout opportunity for a Head of Partnership Sales to join a top performing sports team on the rise.
The Head of Partnership Sales will lead, nurture and motivate the club's Sponsorship Sales Team to develop a best-in-class environment whilst also managing their own personal sales pipeline and securing new high value partnerships.
We're looking for a strategic leader to oversee and guide the sales efforts of the team and work closely with internal departments to develop compelling partnership propositions and high-quality sales matters that will convert leads, increase sponsorship sales, and maximize the overall value of the Club's commercial partnership portfolio.

Required Skills/Experience:
1. Experience leading successful partnership sales teams
2. Track record in closing multi-million-pound deals
3. Experienced working in tier-one sports environments
4. Gravitas, robust stakeholder management capability, strong leadership qualities, ambitious, thrives in fast-paced high-pressured conditions
