Main Responsibilities
* To provide a comprehensive administration service, primarily within stores and logistics.
* Managing stock: Monitoring stock levels, rotating, reordering as required, carrying out stock takes and updating relevant systems as required.
* Taking receipt of deliveries.
* Use the Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) system to manage Fuels Lubricants and Industrial Gases (FLIG) account, include general accounting (Placing demands, receipt and manage deliveries, back loading activity), business as usual management.
* Manage Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation (MTFI), include monitoring of Eric system (Keyless system), business as usual activity.
* Maintain accurate records: Data capture and analysis, production and coordination of reports as required.
* Ensuring audit documentation is completed, maintained, controlled and available for viewing by the customer/external auditors as required using the appropriate system.
* Carry out general administration duties including answering incoming calls, scanning and filing and using a variety of office equipment and technology as required.
* Provide support at meetings including organising and minute taking.
* Support the Regional Management as required
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery

* Excellent Office and administration skills
* Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
* Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety
* Experience of communicating with stakeholders
* Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
* Ability to follow processes within time constraints
* Ability to drive continuous improvement
* Stores management experience (desirable)
* Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
* Fuel and lubricant systems qualification (training will be provided)
* Must hold Valid UK Driving License (essential)
