Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representatives - Corby
We are excited to partner with a large client in Corby who is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department. This role offers an ongoing contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Details
Training Period: Approximately 7 weeks, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Post-Training Shifts: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (7.5 hours/day).
Additional Shifts:
Occasional evenings up to 10:30 pm.
1 in 5 Saturdays and 1 in 6 Sundays.
2 bank holidays per year.
Main Duties
Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
Identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories.
Cross-selling products where applicable.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence and the ability to use their own initiative.
Excellent attention to detail.
A highly customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Flexibility and a positive mindset.
Additional Information
Hybrid working may be available after 12 weeks, depending on business needs.
