The cancer support worker will be responsible in providing support to ensure the smooth co-ordination of pathways and effective communication within the wider MDT.We are looking for a talented individual who is keen to learn and be a proactive member of the team within the Health Board environment. You must be confident and be able to demonstrate the best verbal and written and IT communication skills, as well as organisational, planning and negotiation skills.
