Customer Service Executive / Call Centre Operative
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £12.50- £12.85 per hour
This is a temporary position to start ASAP, for 7 months.
Hours of work: This is a full-time position that requires someone to work a slight shift rota of the following: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm OR 8.30am to 5pm OR 9.30am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting within a specialist Customer Support team.
* Taking a high volume of calls from customers and assisting them with their enquiries.
* Arranging car services, MOTs, and repairs to vehicles.
* Handling a variety of customer enquiries via email and telephone.
* Processing legal documents onto the system.
* Data entry of highly important information.
* Liaising with third parties to manage customer enquiries and issues.
* Complaint handling.
* Ensuring information input onto the system is accurate and administration tasks are handled with care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in managing high call volumes in a previous position.
* Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role.
* Computer literate.
* A “can do” attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good eye for detail and strong IT skills.
* Available to start immediately.
