Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support their finance team.
This is based within the private healthcare sector near Truro, with free onsite parking available.
In this role, you will assist with day-to-day financial operations including data entry, invoicing, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end financial reports.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting software, possess strong numerical skills, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Full-time (5 days) or part-time (3 days) available ~
Monday - Friday
£12.35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
2. Assist with bank reconciliations and account balancing.
3. Support the finance team with general administrative duties.
4. Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
Requirements:
1. Experience in accounting or finance roles.
2. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
