You will have a chance to lead a team who are pushing for a Michelin star and teach the next generation of up coming chefs.
What’s involved?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Head Pastry Chef that has experience working in a Michelin environment. They are wanting to push for a star next year and need someone with this background to help the team achieve this. You will work with a talented Executive Head Chef and join a brigade of around 25 chefs and your skill will be needed to guide the team and maintain the exceptionally high standards on a daily basis.
Duties include creating cost effective high quality recipes, keep up with latest food trends, lead with positivity, oversee food safety etc and more.
