Responsibilities: As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and devise individualized care plans adhering to regulations. You will deliver specialized interventions during mental health crises to support recovery, facilitate communication between mental health services and other agencies for holistic support, and provide expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance and promoting safety.
