Revolutionary Restaurants is a group of restaurants which has been expanding since 2014 and have no plans on stopping! Our restaurants are all designed in their own unique way from jungle themed to the wild west to neon dinosaurs. Our menus cater for children, couples, families, vegetarians and of course those with intolerances and allergens.
The Venue... Wolfes diner in Dundonald, Co. down. The interior offers an industrial yet organic, welcoming and warm setting. The Restaurants relaxed and informal atmosphere will provide food and drinks every day. We are looking for a restaurant manager who loves a challenge.
Responsibilities and Duties
* To lead the front of house team during opening hours to ensure at all times that the guests receive the highest standard of service possible.
* Recognize and correct guest issues with an established presence on the floor and respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally.
* To work with the Area Manager to develop and implement the restaurants service standards policies and procedures.
* To ensure that the ethos of the restaurant is carried out to the highest possible standard before each service.
* Ensure room ambiance is always set accordingly.
* To be the direct point of contact for any complaints, incidents, accidents or any other irregularities.
* Team Focused
* Inspire, engage and empower all team members.
* To work with the Area manager to develop and implement a training schedule to ensure that all Floor Team members, current employees and new starters, can deliver the highest standard of service at all times.
* To identify potential supervisors and management from the floor team, and deliver training to develop their skills.
* To create an atmosphere amongst all team members to ensure that all guests are treated with the utmost hospitality.
Operational Personal Disciplines
* Assist the Area Manager in leading and managing the day to day operation of Wolfes, ensuring all service standards are followed.
* Utilize effective control over labour and operating expenses.
* To participate in monthly forecasting and month end commentary.
* Assist the Area Manager with innovative ways to drive business.
* Assume responsibility for cleanliness, repair and maintenance, reporting any deficiencies as required.
* Ensure par stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies including but not limited to linen, crockery, cutlery and disposables.
* Develop and implement incentive programs to increase sales and spend per head.
* To develop and maintain a safety culture within the department and ensure departmental adherence to and awareness of Health and Safety standards.
* To liaise with other Food and Beverage departments to ensure that all resources are being equally shared and that the entire division operates as a unified force.
* To behave with other team members in a polite, honest and friendly way.
* To be punctual at all times.
* To comply with the house rules at all times.
* To attend departmental and general staff meetings.
* To always set an exceptional example for all team members to follow.
* To attend any training sessions as judged reasonably necessary by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
