As our business continues to flourish, we are in the process of expanding our accomplished sales team. We are actively seeking an experienced individual with a background in selling to the legal sector. This role is a new business opportunity, necessitating proficiency in cold calling and active participation in legal events nationwide. The position offers flexibility, allowing the option to be based in either our Cardiff or London office, with the added benefit of hybrid working (1 day a week WFH)
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within law firms and legal organizations.
* Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AML/IDV solutions and articulate how they address specific challenges faced by legal professionals.
* Consultative Selling: Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
* Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively in the legal sector.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of strategies and effective communication of product features and benefits.
* Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team as ensure that our CRM tool is kept up to date with your notes and activities.
* Target: This is a targeted new business hunter role, with the expectations of achieving or exceeding target.

* Cold Calling: While our business regularly receives numerous incoming leads each month, it is part of your role to supplement this by making 30 cold calls per day and to self-generate business.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Identity Verification (IDV) solutions is desirable.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner.
* Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly grasp the technical aspects of our AML/IDV solutions.
