Career Teachers are working with an Independent School who are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary English Teacher to join their team starting in January. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals including GCSEs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students.
* Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
* Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
