Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, ensuring that customer expectations are met with the highest level of customer care. The Store Manager will also plan sales strategies to maximise store profits, demonstrating a strong business acumen.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Leading the team in delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets.
* Responsible for all aspects of store operation, ensuring policies and procedures are understood and implemented by all the team.
* Motivate and develop the team to improve performance.
* Responsible for stock management and visual merchandising, together with head office.
* Be expert product and fit advisor, training team and providing customer advice.
* Ensure that the brand ethos is understood and shared by all the team.
* Representing the company within the local retail community
Who you are:
Previous retail management experience is essential, ideally within the lingerie business, but will consider other backgrounds.
* Passionate about customer service and about helping the customer feel comfortable in the bra fitting experience.
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Budget management experience, including payroll
* Leadership and training skills
Please note, due to the nature of the roles in our shops, there is a genuine occupational requirement for post holders to be female. This is covered under Schedule 9, Part 1, of the 2010 Equality Act.

* 37.5 hours a week.
* Salary £29k-34K, including London weighting and dependent on experience.
* 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days with length of service.
