Role Description This is a full-time on-site tele-sales role for an International Patient Representative at Memorial Hospitals Group UK Office located in Leeds. As an International Patient Representative, you will be responsible for sales activities and business development as well as executing marketing strategies targeting international audiences, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Involvement in the customer journey and staying aligned with our patients is key in this role. The candidate will also be expected to support internal teams in day-to-day office tasks and business development projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: Customer Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; e xperience in tele-sales, international marketing or related field Organisational Skills: Good at multitasking, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and keeping track of administrative processes. Computer and Office Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Healthcare Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the healthcare sector and medical services is a plus but not strictly required. A willingness to learn about medical domains is essential. Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and know when to escalate these to relevant teams or management. Team Player: Able to work effectively with other team members and departments to achieve common goals. Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Right to work in the UK Experience: Minimum GCSE A levels; preferably Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and skills. 1-3 years of experience in a similar supportive sales or customer service role. Experience in healthcare or with a medical service provider is a plus
