Technical Strategy & Operations This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. This role may be subject to additional background screening. The primary function of this role is to provide essential technical support for Teaching laboratories at the University of Exeter. The role holder will work with the Technical Manager to support academic staff and students working in a variety of teaching laboratory settings. Working within a team, you will provide general technical support to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. The post may have a shifting focus each term in order to offer dedicated support at peak times. The role holder will support the delivery of practical classes, field trips including international trips and outreach events. This includes setting up practicals, demonstrating on practicals, cleaning, processing and equipment & consumables, utilising our laboratory management software. This role will support the operational needs of a multitude of teaching sessions or research projects for the University.
