The role
Eversheds Sutherland are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our AI Transformation team. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans to maximise team adoption and minimise resistance.
You will identify Business Change Leads and Business Champions from each area of the business and work with them to create clearly defined change maps per team and foster a strong network of change within these teams. In essence you will design, develop, implement and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from their current state to a future state. This is a strategic role and as such you will work closely with key members of the programme group and key stakeholders, as well as working closely with our 3rd party suppliers.
Key responsibilities
* Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across the programme and the LLP business teams.
* Define and lead a comprehensive change impact assessment to ensure business readiness.
* Integrate clear change management activities into the overall programme plan.
* Work closely with the Training and Knowledge Teams to provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training.
* Communications; support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
* Manage stakeholders and ensure engagement of key stakeholders and awareness of change activities/participation across the programme.
* Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
* Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
* Track and report issues.
* Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
* Support and engage senior leaders, coach managers and supervisors.
Skills and experience
* 5 years + with large-scale global organisational change projects.
* Obtained a recognised Change Management certification.
* Experience and a firm knowledge of applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in key business programmes.
* A solid understanding of how people/teams go through a change and the change process.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
* Experience of working effectively at all levels in a global organisation.
* Experience in working within the legal sector is desirable.
