We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and scale the UK & EMEA HR function at Giraffe360. This role is central to shaping our people strategy and ensuring our workforce is equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be a key advisor to leadership, developing HR initiatives that support our mission and rapid growth. Job Description As Senior HR Manager, you will design and execute strategies to attract & retain top talent, ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations & support business leaders in achieving their targets. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a scaling organisation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters. Talent Acquisition & Development Assist in building recruitment initiatives to attract and hire top talent across numerous functions. Assist in the creation talent development programs, including onboarding, training, and leadership development. Employee Engagement & Culture Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to cultivate a supportive and dynamic workplace. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee HR processes, policies, and systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance with UK employment laws. Collaborate with Finance to manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems effectively. Performance Management Lead performance review cycles, ensuring feedback and KPIs drive individual and team success. Support change management during periods of growth and organizational shifts. Requirements Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within fast-growing or tech-driven organisations. Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and HR best practices. Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution. Proficiency with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making. What We Offer Competitive salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience. Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility.
