Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school located in Macclesfield looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 community. The school is in a great location with excellent transport links between Wilmslow, Congleton and Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity to support both teachers and students in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment. The role: The successful candidate will support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and the implementation of individualised learning plans for students. You will work within small groups or 1-1, supporting students who require additional academic support. You will also work closely with the classroom teacher, ensuring a safe, organised, and engaging environment for all pupils. Opportunity to earn £85-£110 per day (dependent on experience) Immediate start upon registering with Teaching Personnel What we are looking for: A level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable for this role Previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents Safeguarding training (must be done through Teaching Personnel) To be considered for this role, applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one upon registering with Teaching Personnel.
