Service Desk Advisor
This a lovely company based in Welwyn Garden who are looking for a Service Desk Advisor to join their team as soon as possible. You will only be dealing with business customers in this corporate driven company.
In this role, no day is ever the same. There are a wide variety of tasks that will require your eye for detail and determination to resolve complex issues.
We are looking for the right person who wants to shape and develop their role and the way we process data within our growing business.
Although telephony and IT experience are desirable, don’t be put off as they will teach you all the skills you need to know.
You will be responsible for: -
* Provisioning new orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders, creating and programming phone system schedules.
* Logging all queries presented ensuring detailed and accurate in our CRM database.
* Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults.
* Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones.
* Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis (You will be paid for this)
* Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults.
* Compiling bespoke data reports on customer’s consumption, highlighting and suggesting areas for cost reduction and identifying trends in usage.
