We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk based in one of our busy hubs in Milton Keynes, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 10:00 – 20:00.
Key responsibilities:
1. Driver brief and debrief
2. Allocate collections and deliveries
3. Taking calls and managing customer complaints
4. Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
5. Occupy the customer collect/drop-off point
6. Complete day to day admin tasks
7. Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role as instructed by the Site/Operations Manager.
Experience & Skills required:
1. Administration skills
2. Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. The right candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure
5. Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
