The Role
1. Providing excellent customer service to previous, current, and prospective customers of our client in Swindon and a group of other dealerships across the UK that are in the Sytner group.
2. Outbound & Inbound calls, contacting existing customers to book them in for additional services including MOTs, Services, Brake Clinics, and Air Con Clinics.
3. All the calls are to existing customers only, so no cold calling.
4. Contacting customers who had advisories on their previous MOTs to see if they now want to get those fixed.
5. Contacting customers who, according to the database, are due a tyre change in the next couple of months.
6. Contacting customers who have expressed an interest to book appointments at one of the dealerships.
7. Providing excellent customer service and arranging call backs for customers.
8. Using internal booking system, email, and web chat.
9. Providing the gold standard of customer service.
10. Hitting targets and KPIs.
Skills Required
1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and retaining customers.
2. Strong communicator.
3. Confident working to targets.
4. Previous sales-related experience in either a telephone-based role or face-to-face sales isn't essential; however, it is desirable.
5. Proven track record of achieving your own targets.
6. Skilled at overcoming objections.
