Garden Centre Team Leader Tills
Full Time 39 Hours Per Week Including Weekends
We are currently looking for a full time Garden Centre Team Leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre.
Working in a busy retail environment within the Garden Centre the successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills.
You will have a positive “can do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service
Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department.
Experience with using a till and handling cash essential
Previous supervisor or Team Leader experience preferred
Responsibilities are performed with considerable independence.
This job will involve some early mornings 7am and late night 8pm

Duties will include:
• Assist in managing the Till Team
• Cashing up the tills AM & PM
• Customer Service
• General Housekeeping
• Using a Till
• Refund and Exchanges
• Investigating and Rectifying any Till Errors
• Assisting in other areas as and when needed
