If you have a passion for patient care, excellent attention to detail, and experience in drawing blood efficiently and safely, we want to hear from you Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Provide a venepuncture blood taking service for patients Ensure proper patient identification and labelling of samples Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with IPC guidelines Provide a calm and reassuring presence to patients Handle specimens according to protocol for transportation to labs What Were Looking For: Certified Phlebotomist Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred Experience with INR monitoring clinics is desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to upholding health and safety standards About us We are a GP practice based on the outskirts of Sheffield, with approximately 10,000 patients. We have 9 GPs, 1 Practice Nurse, 2 Healthcare assistants and a full supporting team of administrative and clerical staff.
