Summary
The Governors are seeking to appoint a hardworking, dedicated, positive and caring TA3 to join our amazing team. We are asking for someone who:
* Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and teaching skills
* Enjoys teaching children with generic learning difficulties
* Can build good relationships with all in our school community
* Is creative, passionate and forward thinking
* Is able to lead a small classroom team
* Is enthusiastic and hard working
* Is happy to provide both education and care (to provide personal care is essential) for children with generic learning difficulties
* Is upbeat and positive
* Has excellent time keeping, is organised, works as a team member, and is flexible in changing circumstances
* Has excellent communication skills
* Understands the concept of confidentiality
