A homware retailer who is renowned for transforming homes across the country with their innovative and sleek designs are looking for an assistant showroom manager in the Amersham area. This company is continously growing and looking to expand within the coming years. The role of assistant manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 5 – 10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store. Experience within homeware/furniture retail is desirable. You will also need to be comfortable managing a site in the absence of the store manager. The role is paying up to £29,000.
