We are looking for an experienced Regional IT Site Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of IT site support technicians and leads across your region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of IT site support services to all Moog locations within your jurisdiction. As a key member of Moogs IT Service Delivery function, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent IT services that drive Moogs ongoing growth and success. As a Regional IT Site Support Manager, you will: Oversee all onsite IT support activities for your designated geographic region, managing a team of IT professionals who are located in our various facilities. Serve as key escalation point for technology support issues for site leadership within the region. Work with leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to identify resourcing and support needs for our end users and align staff and prioritization of work to those requirements. Understand technology needs of sites within your designated region, and support efforts to implement new solutions to meet those needs. Coach and mentor team members to help them develop their technical and interpersonal skills, preparing them for career growth within Moog Establish key metrics to manage performance of staff and report on those metrics to senior leadership. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and controls to ensure high quality end user support, data accuracy, security, legal, and regulatory compliance. Ensure hardware & software standards are adhered to where appropriate within the operational environment of the endpoint computing landscape. Evangelize the adoption of IT service management practices, helping the team learn about these practices, and implement them to delivery value to our stakeholders. Identify, prioritize, and implement continual improvement opportunities, collaborating with other teams as needed to improve our overall IT service delivery capabilities. Promote and maintain high standards of customer service. Assist with contract negotiations with technical personnel and vendors who will provide products or services within your region. Keep senior management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results. Take responsibility for results. Travel to sites to meet with the business, leads and techs is required. To be considered for the Regional IT Site Support Manager role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you: A minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in a technology role and at least 4-5 years as a people leader. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 10-12 years of education and work experience. Familiarity with IT Service Management principles, with a strong preference for ITIL v4 certifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle escalations at an Executive level. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize data and trends to drive meaningful improvement. Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of the endpoint computing environment, including hardware, software, operating systems, and mobile devices. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver within agreed upon timelines. Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds with varying degrees of technical experience and across geographic regions. Strong project management and leadership skills. Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed; occasional travel required.
