JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate should be highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Good time management, reliability, flexibility, initiative and the ability to interact professionally with all members of the company are all essential to this role. You will require the ability to balance a busy workload with different deadlines.
* To provide administrative support to wider admin team
* Provide backup diary management services
* Organise appointments, meetings, conference calls, client lunches, dinners, etc.
* Assist on expense claims using SAP Concur
* Provide holiday cover as required across the wider London Teams
* Manage telephone enquiries and message taking
* Generate invoices and assist with teams monthly billing using Agresso
* Process contractor invoices and generate purchase orders
* Manage project documentation, including correspondence, quotations, orders, and project files.
* Format and combine client reports and appendices
* Open jobs on in-house system using Agresso
* Booking travel and accommodation on behalf of team
* Assisting with PowerPoint, Word & Excel documents and client presentations
* Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
Key Skills/attributes and Experience required:
* Intermediate skills across Word, Powerpoint and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Able to problem solve and work on your own initiative
* Confident communicator and able to build relationships with people across all levels and backgrounds
* Highly organised and process driven
* Personable, confident, positive
* Similar experience within the consultancy services sector would be an advantage although not essential
* Knowledge of Agresso would be an advantage but not essential (training will be provided)
