Job Title: Office Manager – Roofing and Waterproofing
Location: Loughton
Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus after 12 months

The role of the Office Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing systems will involve:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
2. Keeping track of financial records including payments, invoices, and receipts
3. Maintaining payment ledgers for sub-contractors and submitting monthly CIS returns
4. Supervising office staff and managing HR functions
5. Dealing with suppliers & manufacturers to raise purchase orders and check warranties
The ideal applicant will have:
1. Office management experience within the construction industry, ideally roofing or within a contracting environment
2. Finance & bookkeeping experience, ideally with QuickBooks
3. Experience with supply chain, procurement or product sourcing (highly beneficial)
4. Keen attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
5. Highly motivated, self-driven with a keen ambition to succeed and progress
6. Team player with a professional approach to working
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Hungry to learn mentality
