PCP is seeking an experienced delivery officer to deliver a range of wellbeing projects in the Tees Valley, all of which aim to support individuals to be more connected with their local communities, increase confidence, and wellbeing. In this instance, the deliver will focus on the health and wellbeing elements of the Tees Valley Move Forward (LEAP) employability programme.
As part of our Tees Valley Move Forward (LEAP) delivery, the successful applicant will support people facing barriers to employment to take responsibility for improving their own wellbeing, become actively involved in community activities, and increase their confidence to return to the labour market.
Support will be delivered to existing or new groups in community venues that are accessible, making use of existing community hubs and warm spaces.
You will be confident in working with people at all levels, building strong working relationships and screening participants for referral to the Move Forward Tees Valley (LEAP) Navigator and other partners.
Post-holders will ensure they uphold PCP’s values and work as part of a proactive, multi-disciplinary, and forward-thinking team.
