A position has become available in our Community Mental Health specialist team with the main functions being assessment, care planning, and service purchasing. What you'll be doing: You will be within a multi-disciplinary team using your strong social work experience working to manage a caseload within the context of relevant legislation and throughout the care co-ordination process provide advice, therapeutic interventions and advocacy according to professional expertise for clients and carers, as appropriate.
