We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator for our client located in Altens. Job Purpose: Provide support across all departments, following company procedures and standards, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist in procuring goods and services from approved suppliers for all divisions. Address supplier-related issues regarding quality and service. Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs. Obtain multiple quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Secure approval for purchases above authorised budget limits. Source alternative parts and evaluate cost options when needed. Collect delivery notes for received goods and forward to purchasing admin team. Perform various administrative duties as required. Work with the Purchase Ledger team to resolve invoice discrepancies. Support the Purchasing team in ensuring efficient processing of requests. Comply with Health and Safety guidelines. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge through ongoing training.
