About this Role You’ll be out in the field, meeting potential customers, spotting new business opportunities, and making sure existing clients get the best service possible. With a mix of sales, account management, and business development, every day will be different Identifying and developing new business opportunities in your area. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including major brands. Managing accounts to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction. Ensuring a high level of van utilisation, maximising sales potential. Working towards achievable sales targets, with plenty of support along the way. About You You’re an engaging, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people. You enjoy the challenge of sales and have a natural ability to spot opportunities. You’re organised, adaptable, and never stop learning. Proven sales or business development experience. Commercial awareness – you understand what customers need. Resilient and adaptable – you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong planning and organisation skills – you manage your own time effectively.
