Job Description:
* Ensure that all meat products meet safety and quality standards & Inspect meat for freshness and monitor proper storage conditions.
* Keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock to minimise waste and maintain freshness.
* Preparing specific cuts or marinating meat.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
* Provide general care and maintenance of tools and equipment, including knives and meat grinders .
* Cut, trim, de-bone, and grind meats to meet our premium quality standards.
* Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring freshness and quality while minimising waste.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, keeping our work environment clean, safe, and compliant with all standards.
Shifts & Pay:
* 42.5 hours weekly
* 5 days a week on a 6-8 week rota (including a Saturday off every 6-8 weeks)
* X1 weekday off, if working in the weekend
* 45 minutes unpaid break
* Shift starts between 01.00am-05.00am & finish around 01.00pm
* Salary dependant on experience

* Reliable transportation (there are no public transport links in the area)
