Role: Junior Digital Consultant Hybrid working with 2 day per week in Reading. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to build up a wide range of digital skills from user experience through to digital advertising, digital strategy and design. You will join us working on various projects for a range of diverse and interesting clients. You may also get involved in pre-sales and product research and development work. This is great opportunity to learn new skills, develop existing skills and get some excellent commercial experience under your belt. You will be involved in: Supporting various digital projects by conducting research and analysis Coordinating and implementing SEO strategy, including backlink outreach Creating copy for customer blogs, email marketing and social media Management of paid advertising accounts, including performance analysis Managing projects and implementing digital strategies User behaviour analysis using tools such as google analytics and Microsoft Clarity Online user testing, competitor benchmarking and user research Analysing marketing effectiveness and carrying out A/B testing Preparing presentations for client meetings Participating in client meetings and client projects Researching and testing new software and digital tools Position Requirements Some previous work experience in digital marketing Enthusiasm - a keen interest in digital marketing, user experience and digital strategy High level of numeracy with strong attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English, ideally with previous experience of writing copy and creating digital content (whether for previous employers, your own projects or volunteer work) Strong communicator, comfortable presenting plans/ideas to external clients and internal stakeholders Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative Fast learner and willingness to take on new challenges
