We have an exciting opportunity to join an established business with as a Support Engineer / Support Analyst supporting a range of customers. The company have a structured 1st, 2nd and 3rd line team and are looking for strong 1st line engineer's or 2nd line engineers looking for a new opportunity when they can progress.
As a Software Support Engineer your role will be fundamental in supporting customers with queries related to the company's core IT Networking and Telco products. The company have continued to grow and are looking to expand their team as they take on more new business. Requirements:
* Prior experience in an IT Support or Service Desk Support in a Microsoft environment
* Commercial experience of supporting Networking and Server support requests
* A customer service-oriented attitude - ideally will have solved external customer support requests
* A passion for solving complex problems and the ability to learn new skills quickly
* Strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment
