As Deputy Director of People you will deputise for the Group Director of People and provide support to the People team in championing the provision of a high-quality proactive People service, to MKC Training and the Group. A focus on supporting managers, departments and staff to achieve outcomes based on the provision of a quality service to students and in line with the vision, purpose, priorities and objectives of MKC Training and MidKent College and support the shared service provision of the People Service for MKC Training.
