The Technical Sales and Service Supervisor possesses a broad knowledge of my clients products and capabilities. They will be the subject matter contact for both brazing products and brazing machines along with process operations supporting the sales team, distributors, and customers with product and technical information to help grow sales and meet the needs of their customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Services / Customer Support:
* Stay abreast of industry developments and trends.
* Answer general technical questions and assist sales / distributors / customers in product selection.
* Evaluate customer needs and recommend products / applications satisfying customer requirements, which are in alignment with long-term goals, strategy, and objectives.
* Participate in Identifying, qualifying and engaging with new Distributors and Representatives in markets as required for qualification, new sales prospects as received from various sources.
* Work with Distributors and Representatives related to the sale of pastes, applicators and automatic brazing and soldering systems within assigned territories.
* Consult with Distributors and Representatives to increase sales penetration with appropriate technology.
