A part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk is required in an office-based role for 8 hours per week.
This is a fixed-term contract until end of the year. Future permanent opportunities may arise in Bristol from 2026.
THE ROLE:
1. Inputting supplier and subcontractor purchase invoices
2. Sending remittances
3. Collating creditor payment runs
4. Checking supplier statements
5. Liaising with the finance team.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Previous purchase ledger or bookkeeping experience
2. Ideally experience with Sage Line 50 and CIS.
