Ashley Kate HR are excited to be partnering with our well-established manufacturing client in Wednesbury, as they recruit for an interim HR Manager for a period of 12 months. Our client is a small business, with a long history and a passion for their products! Hybrid working is available.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall HR and administration function for the business. You will manage a generalist remit, review and develop policies & processes, report on HR, attend meetings with the senior leadership team, manage appraisals, coach and advise management on processes, recruitment & onboarding, and employee relations. We seek a candidate with experience in embedding a positive working culture with a passion for engagement, who can instill the company's strong values.
HR Manager - About You
1. Proven background working at a HR Manager or Generalist Advisor level
2. Stand-alone experience
3. Experience of working within a private sector, ideally manufacturing/blue-collar environment
4. CIPD qualified or working towards
5. Strong UK Employment Law Knowledge
6. Exceptional at building relationships, communication & excellent leadership skills
