Interim People Development Partner - Talent Development Reference no: OBT PXBZ1 Pay Rate: £25.67 per hour PAYE 36.25 Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 16:00 This opening assignment is for 3 months City: COVENTRY Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Learning and Talent Development to deliver the learning agenda for specific business areas, adopting an agile mindset to adapt the plan to reflect emerging business needs
Act as a key contact and Learning Partner to your business area, building relationships with stakeholders and acting as a conduit for learning requirements to be supported via yourself and the People Development team
Carry out data led training needs analysis, utilising all available insights to identify gaps and areas of development to form the overall delivery plan, following the 70:20:10 model.
Ensure that projects are organised well to successfully deliver planned activities.
Provide high quality, specialist, L&D advice and coaching to leaders across the business to enable them to develop themselves and the capability of their people both individually and collectively
Utilise research and analytics tools, including the capability framework to design and deliver creative and innovative learning interventions that develop capability, skills and create behavioural change in colleagues and leaders across the business
Lead on the procurement, design and delivery of a suite of innovative and future focused leadership development programmes and initiatives.
Deliver high quality learning and development initiatives, including workshops, virtual learning, action learning sets and group or individual coaching to leaders across all levels within the business.
Build relationships with leadership stakeholders across the business, acting as the credible expert around talent and leadership development discussions.
Coaching Qualification - desirable
In depth knowledge of design and delivery of leadership development interventions targeted at leaders from first line up to and including head of level.
Understanding and experience of project management principles
A track record of creating and maintaining strong working relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, both on-site and remotely
Organisation and planning skills.
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Excellent research and analytical skills - able to utilise information and data to be able to design and deliver interventions that meet learner needs today and, in the future
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, to complete own work to a high standard within tight timescales.
