Paid Media Lead - UK Remote Our client, a high performance digital marketing agency are looking for Paid Media Lead - accountable for Paid Team Profitability and Client Retention through delivery of innovative, effective Integrated Strategy with clear ROI driving all recommendations. Owns leadership of Paid Media to deliver Planned Retention and ARR Growth. Improves the value of our Client Strategy and deliverables and ensures Paid Media commercial value is recognised by client Economic Buyer. Some of what you will do Lead and manage Paid Team to deliver their KPIs & Client Paid Media Results Lead Paid Team to deliver results on time and within budget Understand the business strategy and actively integrates into team KPIs Comfortable developing & challenging technical aspects of Paid Media & Strategy Define strategic priorities for Paid Media Represents a positive, supportive and collaborative leadership style Coaches and mentors all team members, including seniors What will you need? Relevant industry experience, including deep understanding of performance led marketing and extensive expertise in delivering ROI for clients Paid optimisation subject-matter expertise, including ability to talk about technical aspects and drive innovation of same Deep understanding and awareness of new trends and performance requirements across Paid & Organic digital marketing Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot client issues effectively to mitigate performance risks and contractual disputes Demonstrable experience of leading a team, including development through training, coaching & mentoring, to create high performing teams that deliver against business outcomes Proven track record of defining & implementing strategy with large spend clients (£1M) to drive positive ROI Passionate and driven leader, who demonstrates and transfer to the team their enthusiasm for paid media Some of what they offer UK Remote First company with office in Edinburgh (access to co-working office space across the UK for those who prefer office space to work from) Flexible working, extended core hrs 34 days holidays (including bank holidays), 9 day fortnight Home Office set up and budget Private Health Plan Quarterly team get together budget and socials What's next?
