Data Analyst Supervisor (MSSQL) / Business Analyst (ERP) / Project Manager - Urgent
Location: Aberdeen (5 Days)
Salary: 32-38K (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and maintain robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse for efficient data storage and retrieval.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data models.
* Optimize, troubleshoot and automate data flow, and implement data quality processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy, facilitating timely analysis.
* Work closely with financial analysts and supervisors to support their data needs and enable efficient data analysis and operations such as month-end closing.
* Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance, including query optimization, indexing, and data partitioning.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
* Lead and provide technical guidance to junior data analysts, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
* Handle ad hoc data analysis requests and projects as required.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other related disciplines.
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience in data engineering or data analysis, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions.
* Preferably with experience and knowledge in ERP systems, accounting and business processes, and business intelligence.
* Strong proficiency in MS SQL and other database technologies, with the ability to design and optimize complex queries.
* Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
ERP Business Analyst (Hong Kong Based - Frequent travel to PRC)
Location: Aberdeen (5 Days)
Salary: 32-38K (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing operations and undertake new ERP solution development life cycle including user requirements study, feasibility study, system analysis & design, system configuration & testing, user training, system implementation, post-implementation support, and ongoing system maintenance.
* Collaborate closely with business users and other IT team members to define the scope of the transformation project and align it with organizational goals while adhering to IT project governance policies.
* Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
* Facilitate and enable business to fully adopt new systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Actively participate in activities aimed at building competency and best practices within the organization, including internal training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or other related disciplines.
* At least 5 years hands-on experience in complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation including at least 3 full cycles of ERP project implementations.
* Familiar with PRC ERP systems such as Kingdee or Yonyou is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of business processes and solid experience in ERP implementation is essential.
* Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
* Frequent travel to PRC is required.
Assistant Project Manager (ERP) (Hong Kong Based)
Location: Aberdeen (5 Days)
Salary: 32-35K (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
* Lead group-level transformation projects using ERP systems, collect and define business workflows and functional specifications.
* Manage ERP project implementation to ensure smooth system integration, coordinating project activities across multiple departments for timely delivery.
* Collaborate with external vendors to ensure effective implementation, deliver post-implementation training for end-users, along with documentation and technical support, while identifying opportunities for future enhancements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines.
* At least 3 years hands-on experience in full-cycle ERP implementation and support.
* Familiarity with Oracle ERP is advantageous.
* Strong background in ERP consultancy, process automation, and application integration.
* Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
* Willingness to travel as required.
